If an update is required, it is performed instantly. However, to minimise any risk from a corrupted update, a backup is taken before any files are modified, so reverting your website can be completed in a couple of clicks.

Manual Intervention

As part of our Managed WordPress Solution one of our support agents visits the front and back end of your website monthly to ensure everything is working as expected. They will also check that backups and updates have all been successful, run some optimisation routines and generally inspect the health of your site, performing any tweaks or fixes as necessary.

On top of that, the service also includes up to 4 FREE content updates per month, to help you publish blogs and keep your web content up to date.
