We offer a range of special offers, promotions, and incentives to help you get the most from the services with us. The offers available vary from time to time and for eligible products. Despite being listed here, may not currently be available.
Hipposerve Digital Services Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend any of the published offers at any time.
In all cases, no cash or other alternatives will be made available and unless otherwise stated can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
1. Introductory Pricing.
All of our hosting plans and some of our other services include an introductory offer if a 1 year or 3 year payment term is selected and paid for in advanced. The price quoted, shows the equivalent monthly price.
After the initial term (1 year or 3 years) the renewal price will revert to the standard monthly fee. At this point, you can switch your plan to a monthly payment option if it is more convenient.
This offer is available for new customers only, for the first subscribed service on the account. Subsequent products will be charged at our standard monthly rate.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Offer
As part of our Hassle Free Guarantee, we offer a 30-day money-back offer, if you are not happy with our Hippo Hosting service.
We agree to refund the full cost of your Hippo Hosting Plan, minus any charges for domain registration, email services or other add-ons.
This offer is not available on our Business Pro Hosting, Hippo VPS Hosting, Hippo Dedicated Hosting or Hippo Web Designer Hosting, as people sometimes use these for short term projects.
You can claim the guarantee once, and on one product only. As we believe 30 days is more than enough time to sample our services, if you subsequently buy a new service from us the 30-Day Money-Back guarantee will no longer be applicable. This is to prevent illegitimate users, using our services for short term purposes.
On claiming your guarantee, your webspace and associated data will be deleted from our servers within 5 working days.
3. Free Domains.
We offer one free domain for 1 year, per customer who purchase any of the following plans: Hippo Hosting, Hippo Business Pro Hosting, Hippo VPS Hosting and Hippo Dedicated Hosting. This is subject to the registration of the domain name for 2 or more years, with subsequent years being charged at the standard price.
The discount is applied at checkout automatically from purchases made directly from our website front page. If this is not applied automatically, (if cookies are disabled for example) you can use the discount code DomainFREE21 at checkout. For purchases made via our customer portal, customers will need to add the discount code: DomainFREE21 at checkout.
Free Domains are only available for the following TLDs

Domain renewals revert to the standard domain pricing.
This offer is available to new customers only. Only one free domain is available per customer, additional domains are charged at the standard rate.
4. 99p Domain Names
99p domains are available for the following domain TLDs for 1 year. This is subject to the registration of the domain name for 2 or more years, with subsequent years being charged at the standard price.

Domain renewals revert to the standard domain pricing.
This offer is available both to new and existing customers.
5. Additional Domain TLD Special Offers.
From time to time, different domain TLDs will come up on special offer.
We check our wholesaler on a daily basis for the best possible prices, and any new offers will be added to our Domain TLD Offer Web Page.
These offers are for one year only. After 1 year, domain renewals revert to the standard domain pricing.
These offers are available both to new and existing customers.
6. Free Hippo Toy Offer.
Our free hippo toy is available for anyone who purchases the following hosting plans: Hippo Hosting, Hippo Business Pro Hosting, Hippo VPS Hosting and Hippo Dedicated Hosting.
While stocks last only. Only 1 Toy Hippo per customer. UK Customers Only. Only 1 Hippo toy per member of the Web Designer Club.
Our Free Hippo Toy, is sent out by Royal Mail Second Class Post, after your initial payment. We send it to the address on your customer account. Should you wish this to be sent to a different address, please advise at time of ordering.
7. Free Website Migration.
We offer free website migration for all customers who purchase the following hosting plans: Hippo Hosting, Hippo Business Pro and Hippo VPS.
Free migrations are like for like transfers only, using the same platform as the original web website. If necessary, we will also perform some web optimization.
Free Migration does not include modification of the design or content of the website, if design work is required, please contact our support team to get a quote.
Please note, some hosting providers use proprietary web designers which may not be compatible with our systems. Whilst we offer a close match conversion service, charges apply. Please contact our support team, for a quote.
Other hosting providers may charge a release fee, for your website data and database. Hipposerve Digital Services Limited is not liable for this payment.
We offer 1 free migration for hosting plan purchased. Additional transfer can be completed at a cost of £89 per transfer (ex VAT).
8. Free SSL Certificate.
We offer a free basic SSL certificate (provided by Let’s Encrypt) for all customers who purchase the following hosting plans: Hippo Hosting, Hippo Business Pro and Hippo VPS.
Our Free SSL certificate is provided by a third party. Such products and services may be subject to the terms and conditions of the third party provider.
Hipposerve Digital Services Limited does not make any representations or warranties regarding, and is not liable for, the quality, availability, or timeliness of goods or services provided by a third party provider. You undertake all transactions with these third party providers at your own risk. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information regarding third party providers. Hipposerve Digital Services Limited is not an agent, representative, trustee, or fiduciary of you or the third party provider in any transaction.

9. Free Hippo Pro Email.
Our Free Hippo Pro Email is available on all our Hippo Hosting plans for 1 year.
The number of free mail boxes is limited to the number shown on the hosting plan. Additional Emails are charged at the standard price.
After 1 year, the price will refer to the standard published fee and charged per mailbox used, per month (or your preferred billing period).
Hippo Pro Email + and Hippo Pro Email Enhanced are not included in this offer.
This offer is available to new customers only and is not available to any members of the Website Design Club.
10. 50% Off Hippo Pro Email
Our Free Hippo Pro Email is available on all our Hippo Business Pro and Hippo VPS Plans.
This also includes Hippo Pro Email + and Hippo Pro Email Enhanced.
There is no limit to the number of mailboxes included in this offer.

11. Website Designer Club (Bronze, Silver & Gold Tiers)
11.1 Discounted Prices
i) Discounts will be available for the life of the plan, but Hipposerve reserve the right to modify the discounted percentage at any time.
ii) The Discount is a percentage discount, based on our standard prices. Should our standard prices change, then the cash value of the discount will also change.
11.2 1 Year Free and Discounted Emails
The 1 year’s Free and Discounted Emails quoted in the published plans are not available to Web Designer Club members.
11.3 Free Development Account
All website design club members will be provided with a free development account. This will be given a .dev subdomain (e.g. dev.yoursite.co.uk). The purpose of this account is to facilitate a staging environment for any websites you have in development and should not be used for published websites. This account is strictly limited in terms of available bandwidth and disk space to prevent misuse. The following conditions apply.
- Once a website is published, any development should be removed from the development area.
- Archives / Backups must not be stored in the development area.
- Media files must not be stored in this area, other than for the purpose of use on the development websites.
- Links to the development site can be provided to your clients for review purposes but should not be published anywhere on the internet, that could generate additional traffic.
