Coronavirus – Business as Usual
A number of a our customers have contacted to us and have asked if their services will be affected by the coronavirus outbreak.
With regard to the day to day web hosting services we provide we don’t anticipate any issues at all. Servers may be susceptible to many viruses, but covid-19 is not one of them!
In terms of the support we can offer is our staff need to self isolate we have formulated an action plan.
Self Isolation
In our industry we are quite lucky as we can pretty much anywhere there is an internet connection. If our staff do have to self-isolate at home we will be able to forward telephone calls on to them with ease.
Our online support desk will function normally as our technical staff just need to be able to login to their support desk, which they do remotely when they are on call anyway!
We shall be meeting via video link daily and we also have a whatsapp group so that technicians can handover longer support issues if they go over a single shift
The Lucky Ones
In a way we are very fortunate as we can pretty much function as normal without going into the the office.
We will be on hand to support those customers and their business who may be struggling in this difficult time.
If any of our customers, or new customers are looking for online solutions, we will only be too happy to help.
In Summary
We do not anticipate any reduction in our service during this period and will try our absolute hardest to maintain our current support levels. We also wish all our customers (and new customers) the very best over what may be a very difficult period.
