Web Design – Terms and Conditions
After you decide to work with Hipposerve on your web hosting we will put you in contact with the person designing your site, to discuss your requirements.
If you choose Hipposerve to design your website, you are required to host your site and domain with us.
We will provide you with a quote for the work, including a hosting plan that best suits the design and any site management where necessary.
On acceptance of the quote, we will ask you to pay a 50% deposit. The balance of the invoice will be payable on completion, when you sign off the project.
The individual designer will work with you in terms of producing the site and copy for the site.
Timings vary, depending on the size and complexity of the site. Your designer will advise you on the timeline and will be in regular contact with you throughout the process.
If after commencement you decide you no longer wish to proceed with the work then we reserve the right to retain the deposit, hosting fees and domain fees paid to cover costs incurred.
