Web Doctor – Terms and Conditions
Website doctor is a digital service aimed and optimising and repairing websites. Prior to starting any work, Hipposerve will conduct a thorough audit of the site and provide a quote for the work. The audit is free. On acceptance of this quote, we will ask you to pay a 50% deposit. If we are unable to fix the issue, this will be returned in full. The balance of the invoice will be payable on completion of the work.
In order to work on your website we will require access to the site installation and any control panels. If you are using a CRM or Web Builder we will also need access to those. Whilst we take extreme care of your login credentials we strongly advise you to change these before sending us the information. Hipposerve can not be held liable for any passwords being compromised as they are sent to us.
Before we start work we will attempt to take a full backup of your data and databases, so we can restore the site if you are not happy with the work.
If we are unable to complete the work, due to unavailability of login credentials we will be unable to refund the deposit.
If, during our investigations we find additional problems, we will advise you in advance, with the cost of fixing those issues, so you can decide if you wish to proceed.
No Fix, No Fee Guarantee. If we take on the work and we are unable to fix the original issue then we will refund the 50% deposit in full, and restore the site to how it was before we started. This guarantee does not apply if we are unable to access your installation due to insufficient login credentials, or if you later decide you no longer wish to proceed with the work where the despoit will be retained to cover costs incurred.
