This is suitable for light email use with minimal features. It works and it works well, but it’s bare bones stuff. For our community customers we have our Business Standard and Business Enhanced email accounts. These offer range of mail box sizes, starting form 10GB and going up from there. There is a 30 day backup for all emails too, meaning that should you delete that important contract, it can be retrieved easily. Alongside that there are advanced spam features, including whitelisting and blacklisting. You can also dynamically alter the sizing of your mail boxes. In addition, you can set up a company wide footer that attaches itself to the bottom of every email, no matter where it is sent from!

The Business accounts have a great webmail client and all have 5GB of cloud drive space too.

The enhanced email accounts benefit form collaboration features and ActiveSync® to ensure that all your calendars and contacts remain in sync across your devices.
