Whilst doing our market research for this venture we were amazed at some of the underhand tactics companies were using to squeeze every penny out of their customers. A £2.99 per month package could quickly become £20 once various add ons were included. We couldn’t get over the amount some of the “big boys” charge for the basic businesses services too! Our aim is to be able to support businesses, especially new business, in getting their feet on the online ladder.

Transparent Pricing

Yes we supply add ons but we aim to make them as transparent as possible. Some of them such as are really useful in protecting your data. Plus all of our packages included all the features you need to get up and running.

Customer Service

Our customer service is great too, we are not a huge multinational company so we are able to offer the intimate and timely support that you deserve. Our phone lines are open from 8am until 8pm and from then on we have a 24/7 online ticket service for the more urgent cases. We are also backed up by a team of technicians looking after our servers making sure that up time is 99.9%. You will need to check out our terms and conditions regarding this, but it means that you, your website and your business is in really safe hands.

We feel that our friendly approach to an industry that has been dogged with mystery and strange technical terms, such as “DNS Propagation” for years needs a fresh new approach. We aim to provide that approach, and be there to make sure you can just make your statement on the web, whatever that may be!
