After 3 days of trying to pay my fucking tax on this useless as fuck piece of shit HMRC website, I have to resign myself to the fact that I will be slapped with a £100 late fee, due to their site not doing what it is supposed to do..... Accept payments for Tax as advertised!! 

The annoying thing is that the money was ready and waiting to be transferred. If it wasn&#039;t for this fucking Covid 19 pandemic, I would have been able to just go to my bank instead to avoid this useless website. 

I have tried every fucking option available for making payments on their website, from direct debit to paying by card (they charge a fee for paying by card). Each time I go to make the payment the website either crashes or logs me out and asks me to go through the process again. I have about 15 or 20 &quot;confirmation texts&quot; on my phone in the last 24 hours from multiple attempts trying to log in just to make a payment... a simple thing that on any other E-commerce site would take less than 5 minutes to do. 

Either this site is run by the most incompetent of morons or is deliberately set up to fail to accept payments, so they can scam many thousands of small businesses trying to make payments in the last week before the deadline. The more I try to work with this site the more I am convinced it is the latter.........
